Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy requires 48 hour notice prior to appointment time. If notification is not given, a charge for 100% of the service will be applied (this includes rescheduled appointments).
15 minute late policy
After 15 min, the appointment will be cancelled and charged as a ‘no show’.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service.
